[00:00:00] Welcome back to Credentialing Chronicles, where we spill the tea on the doctors you see. And we're spilling it, baby, all across America.

[00:00:21] Live show debrief, Shannen. I think we need to talk about what we have experienced here in Oklahoma. And of course, Iowa as well. And Nebraska. But definitely, we need to talk about... The live shows have changed our lives. Lives are changed. Yes. You're absolutely right. And I can't say it's anything else other than an amazing experience. An amazing experience with the MSPs.

[00:00:49] I mean, really, like, to just talk to everybody and share experiences and to be able to hear what everybody has to say. And I mean, we had a little bit more time in Oklahoma. In Oklahoma, remember, we had six hours. Wow. Yes. Yeah. And then in Iowa, we had two hours. So I think if any of the states want us out there, we need to at least be four to six hours. Because those shows... And we were broken up, right?

[00:01:18] Tell them about that. Yeah. Yeah. So we were the keynotes... We were the keynotes. ...at the state conference. And it was great because we got to bring education and fun and excitement. And we got to, of course, spill some tea. But... And we... Everybody's now obsessed with... Confession. Confession. Session. If you know, you know. If you know, you know. So we have had an amazing time. But... Yes.

[00:01:47] So we did provider enrollments. We talked about provider enrollments. Yes. In Oklahoma, we actually did a couple of speeches. Or what are they called? Sessions. Sessions. We did a couple... We did two sessions. And then we opened the show. Yes. And in Iowa, we closed the first day. Right? Yes. Yes. Closed the first day. So they did their keynote at the end of the first day. The first day. First day. And... Yeah. It was two totally different experiences. Yes. Yeah. Mm-hmm. And both, like, equally. And if not, just amazing. Just amazing, amazing. Yes.

[00:02:17] And great engagement from our fellow MSPs. Yes. And we had so much fun. So at the end of Iowa, we did some learning and debriefing ourselves internally to just make Oklahoma that much better. Exactly. Which as we should. Because, you know, we're all new to this. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. We're MSPs. We're MSPs. You know. I mean, they tell us that we're podcast people now, but we're still MSPs. Yeah. So, of course, we're going to debrief, try to make things better at all ways. Process improvement. Process improvement. Yes. Quality improvement. You know, we used the green belt method.

[00:02:47] She didn't do the green belt. No, I didn't. I'm not. I'm not center of mine. I'm not center of mine. So we went ahead and decided to make some feedback cards. Yay! They're so cute. I know. Look how cute they are. So... So if you go to a live show with us, we will have our feedback cards because we literally love them. Do you love them? I do. I do. I love them. I do. I love them. And we got some feedback. So we want to share the feedback with you and... Because we want to be honest. Well, we got feedback in Iowa too.

[00:03:16] So we had great feedback. And then as Nyleen talked about in Oklahoma, we got our first... Yes. Well, Iowa... I will say the feedback in Iowa did include that they wanted more stories. We didn't tell enough stories. We did. We did tell that. And the confession session was still being developed. Correct. And so what our team did was kind of cut some of the confession session. But the Iowa people said, honey, they want the whole tea. They want everything. Everything. So... We got a little bit longer confession sessions to tell the whole story.

[00:03:45] So when people text us... Like when you text us your confession... Right. We literally just took a snap it, gave it to our person. And honey, we read the whole text. Like... Well, of course, we didn't give the phone number or anything. But we just read it. And it's just information. So nobody knows where it comes from. And that kind of keeps you anonymous. And we're able to confession about it. So we did all of that. Yes. We put it together. We brought it to Oklahoma. We did. And girl, the feedback that we got. Oh, and we did the cred session. Oh, we did do a cred session.

[00:04:15] Which I think that is... We built it together. It's from both of our experience. And I feel like it is just going to be... Magical. For anybody that wants to hear it. You can speak to anybody. You can speak to the president of Oklahoma. It has just turned out. Because a lot of our feedback cards was like, we love the cred session. And so I... You know, it is trademarked and registered to Credentialing Chronicles. So don't worry about it. I didn't.

[00:04:44] People love our ideas, you guys. We've been seeing our ideas everywhere. So it's okay. I know. All right. So we got some cards back. So we want to share with you so that we are transparent. Yes. We don't play. And did we get all 10s, Shannon? Let's be transparent. Well, I didn't want it all 10s. Y'all know she's an OCD. Overachiever. You know she's an overachiever. It's okay. You know she's going to do everything the first time, all time, 10 across the board. 10. So these are her 10 list. She did get her... Look at these 10s, though.

[00:05:12] We got all 10s right here, right here, right here. These are 10s. Okay? These are 10s. And then this is our not 10 list. Oh. Okay. Well, it's smaller. It's very small. Smaller. It is. It's only seven. So it's not a lot. It's not a lot. It's not a lot. That's it. It's a fan. Okay. That I can literally fan myself at a hot moment. Okay. Well, what was the lowest number we got? Okay. So the rating first, I think we should say, the rating was one out of 10. So one, if you just was like, get these ladies off. They were horrible.

[00:05:43] Get Pepto and Bismo out of here. Okay. But we didn't get nobody one. Nobody gave us a one. Okay. And what? Five is like, eh. Okay. So what number did we get? What was the lowest number? Oh, that was a question. Girl, I forgot. Girl, I was just telling the rating scale. Okay. The lowest number we got was an eight.

[00:06:11] So we were higher than an eh. Okay. All right. And we only got one, two, three, four, eights. Oh, four, eights. Okay. Four, eights. So not bad. No, not bad. Some people just feel like you are not going to, I'm not perfect. You ain't perfect. That's right. But we are perfect. That's fair. You are perfect as well. So if you feel that way, like, yes, get over that. Okay. Okay. And then nine. How many nines? One, two, and a three. Pam. Okay. And I am at, I am at, okay. No, let me tell you this though. Okay. Okay.

[00:06:41] Cause I'm going to look, I'm going to analyze real quick. Okay. Go ahead. So one of our questions, you guys was, would you attend another live session? Cause you know, we want to know, right? I mean, that's what the survey is asking us. I will tell you, we got one and we got two maybes. Two maybes. All of the other cards said yes. So, I mean, I feel like, you know, they like us. They just not 10 people. Some people just aren't 10 people. So I'm going to keep them what they love. Okay.

[00:07:06] So when we put them together, the average of our rating for our live show was a 9.5. That was great. I think everybody had an amazing experience. And if we can just really like one of these, and this is remember, this is the bad list. I mean, not bad, just area of improvements. Okay. So favorite moment or take away. Opportunities. Opportunities. Yes. Yes. A thunderstorm. Favorite moment or takeaway. Okay.

[00:07:35] Believe in yourself. Trust your judgment. And MSPs are important. Literally, that is what the person took away from that. So you gave me a 9. I'm okay with that. And that's what you took away. That's what I needed you to take away. So again, I'm just saying, if you're watching this video or you're listening to this and our beautiful voices, and you feel that your team, your state, or even the national, I mean, NAMS, I'm going to put it out there. If you want us to come and talk, baby, we will come and talk.

[00:08:04] You know, I got the 9 on my side. But I'm just saying, that is our mission and that is our goal, is for the MSPs to believe in yourself, for them to trust the judgment, and MSPs are important, right? Okay. All right. What was one of your favorites? So one of my favorites was, oh, should we tell them? Yes. Yes. Tell them. Tell them. Nyleen. Tell them. Okay. Because this is the debrief. Okay. Debrief. And it was one of the mistakes. We're just so clumsy. Okay.

[00:08:30] So what happened was, we rented our equipment for the live show. And if you haven't watched it, please, please watch it. Please watch it. It's awesome. It's on YouTube. So we did the live show and in the middle of recording, we decided we needed to take a rest. Well, we made it very Grecian. We did. Oh, we make it in Grecian. We got some columns. We had some columns. They weren't imported from Rome. No, they weren't stone. No. They were cut up cardboard, I guess, or like plastic. Plastic, maybe? Yeah, maybe?

[00:08:59] And so what happened was, I had my hand on one and then quickly I went like, I moved her to the side. She's like a cat. Yeah. It moved to the side. And I was like, ah! She's a cat woman. But I called her. But I picked up the pillar and I caught it. And it was kind of hard because they're in pieces now. Yeah. It was not one column. The top was falling off. And so then I was like all embarrassed, right? And then we started laughing. And then two seconds later. Because I laughed so hard that I needed a rest.

[00:09:22] And then she put her hands on the column and the four pieces have now presented on the floor. All over the middle of the stage, in the middle of us talking. Yeah, yeah. So lesson learned. So lesson learned. But this MSP not only gave us a 10. So no more plastic columns? No more plastic columns. Okay, okay. You won't see any more plastic columns at the show. But they said that their favorite moment was the pillar. The pillar, the column.

[00:09:51] So they loved it. They said, you ladies are great, are very inspirational. Thank you. So it was really beautiful. We're literally going to read all of these tonight. And we're just going to cry and just feel so grateful and humble that we chose this. We wanted to brand ourselves like the queens of MSP world. I don't know if we could say. I don't even want to say that because I feel like we're all queens. We are all queens. Yeah, we are. But we're just like making everybody believe that we're a queen. Yes. Yes.

[00:10:19] Making everybody believe that you as an MSP are a queen or a king in your world, in your hospital, in your community. And we want you to shine just as much. And you deserve to feel shiny. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. So we can't wait to see you guys at Nia. We can't. Make sure you listen to the episode. I don't know when we're dropping this, but just make sure you listen to next week's episode. And really, it does not cost us anything or you anything. Not us. It costs us a lot to do. It's a lot.

[00:10:49] A lot of production. It does not cost you anything. So please like, hit subscribe, go to Spotify, Apple. Those are the big ones that support us. So growing on there is really, you know, Apple's the biggest one for us. And if you want to love, look at our lovely faces. YouTube. YouTube if you like our faces. Yeah. Everybody loves our faces. What are you talking about? I don't even know it's the Latina. I'm Italian and Puerto Rican. I'm Cuban. You know, so we really have the whole, like, pasta and rice, you know, covered.

[00:11:19] But anyway, just make sure to like, subscribe, follow. Is that all they do? Sign up for the newsletter. Okay. And our production guy says if we put our hands up like this. Like this. Then they're going to show all of the links of where we are. So leave a comment. Yes. And let us know, did they do that? Yes. Okay. All right. We need to make sure. We love you. Thank you. Woo, Shannen. That was a lot of tea. Honey. But have they subscribed yet to hear it next week? On all of these platforms.
